In this session the focus will be on troubleshooting Novell GroupWise 8, as well as GroupWise 8 Top Support Issues. This class is designed to cover the troubleshooting methodologies, learn how to focus your troubleshooting in order to get to the root of a problem quickly. We will also explore the Backup and Restore features of GroupWise GWCheck. Material will also be maintained and updated to cover cover the Top Support issues as reported by Novell Technical Services.
